Will I receive an emailed proof?
Proofs are only provided on invitations or upon request. Proofs are usually sent within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. We will NOT ship your item until the proof is approved.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving a cleared payment and information. Please remember if paying with an eCheck, it can take up to 7 business days for the payment to clear.
Can I provide my own photo/graphic?
You may provide your own photo/graphic as long as it prints clearly. Please contact me with the photo/graphic so I can make sure the quality is good.
Can I return items?
Personalized items cannot be returned unless there was an error made on my end. All information is copy and pasted into the template so please double check the spelling before submitting the information.
Do you offer rush or express shipping?
I can ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Please contact me first before making a purchase if you require USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail shipping service.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship to the Continental USA. I am willing to ship outside the USA, but please contact me for a shipping quote first before making a purchase.
How do I personalize my item?
Please provide all personalized information in the message box at checkout or send an email with your information to [email protected]. Orders cannot be processed without your information.
